Motivational Speaker, Life Coach, Entrepreneur; Rico Glass is a native of Weir, Mississippi and the youngest of four siblings. He is also a devoted husband and favorite uncle to fourteen nieces and nephews. In 2008, Glass first appeared on his public platform as a rapper and utilized his music as an outlet to express the roller coaster of emotions he felt throughout his teenage years and adulthood.  Becoming well-known as a hot upcoming rapper from Mississippi, he examined his musical message and debated the impact it was making on the youth of the next generation. There were two turning points during his career that forced him to think about life differently: 1. His method of obtaining money and success. 2. His pursuit of a more intimate relationship with Christ. After careful consideration he took a step back from music to gather further knowledge about who God purposed him to be. After years of searching, his desire to make a difference led him to his true passion of speaking. Glass has high hopes of creating impacts that can never be erased. When asked where he gained the wisdom and mindset to adapt to the roller coasters of life, Glass responded, “I reference all that I am and all that I hope to be to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”
